Kathy has over 35 years of experience in the financial services sector, with a focus on multi-generational wealth management and protection. She was an early innovator in the Wealth Management arena with a specialty in serving emerging diverse markets and working with clients of color. As Chief Insurance Strategist she will expand the organization's services with an additional focus on protection and growth.
Ms. Conley-Jones is a graduate of St. Louis University where she majored in Interdisciplinary Social Studies with a minor education. Ms. Conley-Jones attained the designation, LUTCF (Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow) and recently completed the course of study for Health Care Reform Advisor from the American College. Kathy is a licensed broker in property, casualty, life, and health, and is a registered financial representative holding an active Series 6 and 63 license in several states and the District of Columbia.
Prior to joining WFMG Kathy Conley-Jones founded The Conley Financial Group, a multi-line
insurance and employee benefits firm that provides holistic insurance solutions to their clientele. She has built her career upon a tradition of integrity, industry leadership, and excellence. Kathy has provided consulting and brokerage services, builders risk and commercial insurance placement, employee benefits, risk management, reinsurance consulting, and retirement planning to not for profits, public entities, municipalities, school districts airports, governmental clients, and businesses of 10 employees 1000.
Kathy was selected to participate a strategic partner with AON Cornerstone Partner Program, Lakenan Insurance Group, Willis Towers Watson Diverse Solution Group, and many other prestigious insurance organizations. These collaborative associations offer clients access to an integrated resource network of diverse professionals and access to global resources.
Kathy presents seminars and commercial insurance workshops focused on women business owners and executives, minority contractors, financial and healthcare literacy for executives and employees, and corporate retirement preparedness seminars. She is a sought-after speaker in the insurance industry and the community at large.
